The Impact of English Mastery in the Learning Process Student Learning Process

Abstract

The background of this research is to find out how important English is in the learning process of students. The purpose of the research is to find out the impact of mastering English in the student learning process, the use of English in the campus environment, the advantages and disadvantages of mastering English in the student learning process. The research used qualitative methods by conducting interviews with several students at Malang State Polytechnic. The object of this research is 3 students of Malang State Polytechnic, English for Business and Professional Communication and Accounting study programs. The results of this study indicate that mastering English is very important for the student learning process, English is often used in learning on campus, and mastering English provides advantages and disadvantages, one of which can understand English material easily and mastering English can be a boomerang.
